Hello, I am Sheila Alicea Negron. My undergraduate degree is in Science and my master's degrees are in Audiology and in Early Childhood Education with a specialty in children with disabilities. My employment background includes over 25 years as an audiologist, Early Intervention, trainer, parent educator, college faculty and child care. During this time I have held various positions in the childcare industry. I was a trainer for Head Start Programs and State programs in how to serve children with disabilities and their families. I worked as a coach and as the Director for Migrant Head Start/Early Head Start in Berks County. For years I taught ECE classes at Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and still continu teaching at Reading Community College. Currently I work as Special Instructor for Early Intervention Evaluations, serving Infants and Toddlers with developmental delays (Early Intervention) and ECE Adjunct Faculty in RACC.
