I am a PQAS trainer, Consultant, and CDA Professional Development Specialist having worked with Early Childhood Education programs, institutions of higher education, and teacher training, developing students and curriculum. My career has spanned 20 years in the Early Childhood Education field within three branches of the Office of Child Development and Early learning. I am intimately familiar with the Keystone STARS program, having developed and grown the Mentoring Project of the NE region to serve over 200 Directors in reaching their next STAR level. This impacted over 2,600 children in receiving higher quality care. Through my role as a PQAS trainer I have delivered workshops at higher education institutions, AEYC conferences, and the Early Childhood Education Summit, in leadership, mentoring, communication, and community action.
