Karen Rucker, M.S.has more than 30 years experience in early care and education, having held multiple roles as teacher, director, education coordinator, trainer, and multi-site manager in a variety of educational settings including urban, suburban, for-profit, non-profit, government-based, and a university lab school; both start-ups and fix-ups. Along the way, she has led 3 child care centers to NAEYC accreditation; a national hallmark of quality in early childhood. Karen has considerable experience teaching early childhood coursework at several colleges and universities; and has presented at numerous local and national professional conferences.
