Rose Snyder, a certified Instructor in the Pennsylvania Quality Assurance System (PQAS), obtained a BS from Eastern Mennonite University in Management /Organizational Development and Training (including generational perspectives) and an AA from Northeastern Christian College with ECE credits. With more than forty years of experience in leadership, management and the development of early care and education professionals, Ms. Snyder currently serves as the Sr. Director of Education and Operations for the Pennsylvania AEYC. Prior to joining the Pennsylvania AEYC system, Ms. Snyder served as the Director/Administrator of Masonic Village Child Care/Early Learning Center and Kindergarten where she also served as a mentor and support director for others in the field of Early Care and Education.
